I have lost the ability to capture jpgs. When I save one it appears as a square with six dots--an icon--and it is labeled, Type: SIZED file. I tried restoring my computer to an earlier date but it didn't fix the problem. I am on Windows XP. Does anyone have any suggestions? Have you encountered this...
