Please help with Jpg Problem
I have lost the ability to capture jpgs. When I save one it appears as a square with six dots--an icon--and it is labeled, Type: SIZED file. I tried restoring my computer to an earlier date but it didn't fix the problem. I am on Windows XP.
Does anyone have any suggestions? Have you encountered this problem? I'm sure you can imagine what a hardship it is to be deprived of pics!
Thanks!

How can you be in two places at once when you're not anywhere at all?
Hi Sweaterhugger,
suggest the file association to .jpg files is mixed up.
Maybe here are some solutions:

from that site:

I am not here very often, but I just found this by chance. If Joe Al's suggestions do not solve the problem, if you look in our forum called "Information Zone" you will see a thread called "Help Desk".
If you post a message in there, some of our folks who are fairly "Computer Friendly" will see it, and if they know the answer they will post it for you.
