What are the chances of Melody coming back, and do we have any ballpark figures on when?

Hi Sweaternecker, folks,

in fact since a few weeks we are kind of ready to make our own site, but Walter and I are both experiencing a very high work load in our jobs at the moment, so we had to postpone the Melody project.

However we feel quite comfortable here!

Hi folks,

you will have noticed that there are some changes. Walter and I have asked the folks of the Den to let us stay here with our little community. So here we are. Some changes are still to be made in the next weeks.

Hi rpfaas (and others)

www.one.com was mentioned as a possible host of the site.

If we are talking the original Melody site that could prove a problem - as they do NOT allow erotic and/or pornographic material on their servers.

If rpfaas has had an erotic website with them - I think he is just lucky they didn't shut him down - as they could if they wanted to.

It may be that they just write in their guidelines - and let sites be... But the rule is there to be used if they get complaints for sure.

Hi Uldtot,

all providers do not allow porn (ours included, except those specialized in XXX sites).

But that's a moot question because Melody has a home here now.

why not avoid porn, only refer to files that people upload externally?

Does the "Porn" thing also mean Flicker as well, as we ALL know that FLICKER has ALOT OF EVERYTHING..???
And no it is not always wanted in a site like Flicker, but it is there in a "mature" membership anyway?

Hi Rachelle, folks,

the rules have been (and still are) overworked. Here is a short overview, please find the complete rules in the links on top of the page "Rules (CoC)".

Links directly to XXX are not allowed. However, if the XXX is two clicks away we generally do not worry as long as it is not too hard core and not huge amount of such content. If members want to they can describe a site by name. PM exchange between members is possible as well. If members post links leading to nudity a warning must be added!

As the Fur folks don't like fake fur we do not like cotton! Pics or links leading to cotton or similar plain knitwear should be an exception!
