I think it all comes down to the image generation model being used. The Images you refer to were made by Google's Gemini. Gemini follows the instructions closely. There was a 1 month free trial available when you have a google account. It even includes access to the Veo 2 video generation tool.

This is the prompt for the following 4 images:
