Only one: Don't nag her about it and wait patiently for the right moment.

In my experience, girlfriends (and, I reckon, wives) are not too reluctant to fulfill more harmless fantasies, but if you make to much fuzz, she would either take it as an insult (nobody likes to feel less important than the fetish) or she'll go thru with it as a sort of duty or favour and nothing else.
