Thanks for your comments Amparo but I recall getting that series of pictures from another source.
In any case, I've spent hours screen-capturing pictures it would not be otherwise possible to get, and then seen those same pictures on other web sites, but I'm not particularly bothered by this because I don't feel that I own the pics, they are there to be shared.
How can one properly own anything in cyberspace? How is it possible to copyright a link?

As for acknowleding the source of images. I agree, images are posted all over the place - or multiple links to the same images - and it's quite impractical to record where you get each image from. I too have contributed many new scans to the scene - I'm just glad I can participate in a contributing way. We must all remember that (I'd guess) at least 99% of the images we post - even if do the actual scanning - the copyright is owned by someone else.
Simply enjoy - and contribute where we can .....
