Hi folks,

having negative comments on a forum is not nice and in this case I will try to calm things down a bit.

I have contacted Isobel and asked her to find a very fast solution.

Did this only because I know from many woollies that her sweaters are fantastic.

There is hope. I have been in contact with Iz and she has sent pictures and a picture of the mailing label. The catsuit is incredible. According to Iz, it should arrive March 2. I will keep you posted.

I probably should thank someone here for any help that was provided. That is why I posted the issue.

Hiya Furbound...just sent you an email....I have just checked the tracking again for you and its in the mailing system....So now just a matter of waiting for your postal service to deliver...You can track on Royal mail and then on USPS when it has cleared customs....

I have not but Iz has been in touch and has provide information. I will let everyone know when it arrives. Should be here now before Wednesday.

Your item arrived at 6:56 AM on March 5, 2007 in your home town post office/mailing office/sorting office....

The catsuit has arrived and it is delicious!!!! There is a minor issue related to a small part of the order that was not included, but Iz said that she is taking care of it and adding a free item and I believe her. I want to thank the folks of this forum for helping with this situation. Kudos to Iz on a fantastic item and for sticking with me to make it right. Provided she follows through with the missing balacava, I WILL be ordering from her again (as long as she wants to have me as a customer). This whole experience has taught me to have faith in people and give them the benefit of the doubt. I wanted to give up several times, but something told me that Iz was worth it. I'm glad I didn't give up. The suit fits great and I can't wait to really get to wear it. I know I was a real pain at times, but Iz responded and did what she said she would do. I pledge to let everyone know what happens with the final item and may even post an image or two of my newest acquisitions once the ensemble is complete. Thanks again!

I am very happy that this "case" was solved that good. I do know from many of us that the items Iz knits are wonderful, so she is allowed to improve the handling and shipping
