Kinda fun reading posts from people not familiar with the existence of a wool fetish :D I remember I was pretty amazed in my early internet days, accidentally discovering that there are people with a fetish for sneakers. But the picture here wasn't really for me either...

Actually, the comments are pretty fair!

I have made that point earlier, but met no understanding then.

The point is that wool or mohair or angora or fur fetish is one thing that is no where near bondage, grandmothers, balaclavas and etc. ugly things.

In my understanding pure wool or let's say hairy and fuzzy fetish is about a nice attractive or voluptuous woman dressed absolutely normally and with one of her clothes preferably sweater, jumper, cardigan or bolero made of mohair, angora, fur or marabou feathers.

Nice breasts under mohair is something great, charming smile over an angora polo or a marabou bolero (now there are great ones from MNG  ) is great too!

Attractive lady's silhouette dressed in tight mohair or angora dress is something that turns anyone's head around

It is a natural truth that a soft hairy sweater makes every man wish to touch it and every woman knows that very well. Just look at the Woolite and Anny Blatt commercials from the 80's - Marlene Jobert, Silvie Vartane, Isabelle Adjani and many more demonstrate the seductive and romantic power of mohair and angora.

Now the problem is that the wool fetish has been invented first and then it has been overtaken by some disgusting guest fetishists!!! BDSM, sadists, perverts, homosexuals, transvestites and etc.
And the result is that instead there to be a bunch of nice warm places in the net open for all normal people that tend to like mohair and angora (99% of the men and most likely 100% women have sympathies to soft hairy wool and fur) there are some pervert shops driven by greedy grandmothers and an army of perverts who are perverts anyway who repel normal public.

From the knitters there are only two who make decent garments that look like the ones from the 80's commercials and which will be loved by any woman

No! Instead we have to have secret groups full of pictures of tied people that most of the cases have someones hand sticked in the ass

Remember the old Melody and Symphony? - They were great and they really were about beauty, eroticity and fashion. All in all if there is a wool fetish it is strongly heterosexual! I want to see beautiful women in mohair, I want to by a normal wearable mohair sweater for my beautiful girlfriend, I want it to be great hairy, luxurious and fashionable. ... Actually I buy her such things :P

So guys take a think on my words! The people are right about the big foot, Yeti and halloween  - if you want them to understand you, then show them Isabelle Adjani caressing her blue mohair  then any man will understand

No bad feelings! Just a revolutionary minded day for me, and I hope a thoughts in the right direction for you!

Something in addition that is an argument backing my opinion: http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/SweaterGirl" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Fetishes are easily combined, I myself manage to combine several clothes fetishes, for instance. I don't have much taste for the BDSM-directed sweater-fetishes, and it has been established that Melody will not be that sort of place. I have tolerated a few playful spanking pic links, but regarding BDSM, I have a rather low threshold for what I will find offensive or just out of place here.

Well, when it comes to stories, I have a generally high tolerance, though. I simply don't like the idea of censoring prose.

But this is the policy of Melody. I won't call the way other people combine their fetishes and turn-ons a "problem". I'd prefer to call it "something else". Melody should first and foremost be a celebration of the beauty and attraction of sweaters.

Thank you Walther for the kind reply. That is on my mind too.

Here is a story.

Once upon a time I found Melody (the old one) and then Symphony. They were so acceptable and beautiful sites that I showed them to my friends, who never being wool fetishists loved the sites

After finding those sites I searched no more... After they disappeared I found many yahoo groups, Woolfreaks and etc. but never got satisfied due to lack of grace, elegance, women  and style - you know what I mean. Even hard core sweater videos can not substitute the beauty of a woman modeling with mohair of fur... - after all the hard core is what we do with our girlfriends and wifes... and it is best to do it at it's best! - And most important! None of these sites were suitable for showing to normal uninformed people... which after all is quite a difference.

This is the difference between as you say "celebration of the beauty and attraction" and ... and you know and what...

P.S. Probably I wrote that because I as a person who gets additional arousal from fur and mohair, don't want to be mixed with BDSM-ers or sadists...

And probably I wrote this because I think that here it will stay for the people to read... I have written it before but got banned or sweared at...

Best Regards!

tv

I think I understand your comment, and you would never get banned here for that. Really on both sites, the fetish begins with the fashion in my opinion. If a guy or gal had never saw another guy or gal walking down the street in that special material, they would probably not have ever had the fetish in the first place.

But that is neither here no there. Fashion is welcome on both sites and so is fetish so long as we do not get into the XXX area as Walter mentioned.

Hope you enjoy it here tv...

I wasn't sure what the reaction to the pic would be here. It is amusing to read through the comments, though. Not too many trolls :)

Actually, I didn't get the TV-nick before you mentioned it :D We are on the same page, anyway.

And, of course, no matter how anyone otherwise would like to combine fetishes, everyone's completely and totally welcome here as long as they enjoy beautiful sweaters and cardis. Hell, I don't bother you guys with my additional preferance for girls wearing boots with high heels, do I? :D (Not to mention furs, but that never was a secret...)
