OK, there has basically been no response to my previous pleas for someone to take over ownership of this website.

Therefore, THIS SITE WILL DIE when the current hosting contract expires in August 2016.

If you are willing to become the new owner, please contact me via PM or at my registered email address as soon as possible. neoJaguar (owner of the FurDen) & I will assist in setting up this site on a new cheaper server and transferring the domain registration to a new owner.

If you want this website to continue to exist, please consider carefully the ramifications of not responding to this request.

The FurDen is currently supported by advertising as are most non-commercial websites these days. Contact webmaster@thefurden.com (neoJaguar) to learn how that can be setup. With the current state of most people's economy, the old donation model no longer works.

Unfortunately i cannot afford to host this site either.
All my favorite wool sites went down one by one, this is one of the last few i know of which is really sad.

If anyone knows a few more wool fetish boards, feel free to tell me.

For those who might be interested in saving this website from the dustbin of history, the hosting & domain cost would be in the range of $8.00/month for a 2 - 3 year contract (with GoDaddy). The initial term for a new account could be as low as $4.00/month. As stated previously, if advertising is added to the site the net cost should be at or near zero.

I am willing to open a section on the fur den's forum for this forum. I MIGHT be able to save the posts here, but it's highly unlikely.

If that's something that people want then I can purchase the domain, and redirect it to the wool forum I'd setup over there. I however will not be managing two separate sites. Just too much time, and effort that I don't have.

I would need a moderator on the new site though.


Or I just might keep this place going, but redesign it to where it costs me next to nothing.
