The admin to turtleneck.cinebb.com apparently vets each person who wants to become a member and, if the admin does not like what he sees, that person will not be approved.

The home page for the board may give you a clue whether you want to try to join this board or not:

I have no opinion (at least not one I'm willing to share

) as to the rules and regulations of this board or how those rules and regulations are implemented, but suffice it to say that I've seen members get banned for simply being a crossdresser (not posting crossdressing pics, but just the fact that they happen to be a crossdresser) and I've seen posts unilaterally deleted on what can only be described as the admin's whim.

With that said, if you do manage to get in, there are thousands and thousands of pics and videos of women wearing turtlenecks....
