Fall-Winter 2013 Fashions

With the advent of Fall, I thought that there would be MANY sites (Department Stores, Online Stores) with wonderful fall sweaters for sale. But I have been greatly disappointed so far.
My likes are basically Bulky Turtlenecks and Sweater Coats, so maybe I am just being too picky, but by early October, these things normally start popping up online. Does anyone know of any sites that are selling nice long, bulky sweater coats or turtlenecks.
Certainly around the Holidays, they become more available, but this is PERFECT Sweater Coat weather here in the NE USA.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
